Please note that any return or claim must be made within this 24hrs window. After this period, no returns or claims will be accepted.
Once we receive your return request, please allow us 48 hours to review it. If your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partner to collect the order from your doorstep.
Upon receiving the returned order and verifying the issues described, our service team will initiate a refund or replacement within 24 hours.
Please be aware that in the event of damaged or missing items during transit, only 50% of the cost of the products will be refunded.
